This Privacy Policy describes how Color Puzzle (the "App", "we", "us", or "our"), published by Mediaconv, handles information in connection with your use of the App on Android devices. By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

The current version of Color Puzzle does not collect, transmit, or share any personally identifiable information. The App does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal details in order to play.

The App stores the following information locally on your device only:

This data is stored on your device using Android's standard local storage (AsyncStorage). It is never uploaded, transmitted, or shared with us or any third party. Uninstalling the App removes this data.

The App does not request any sensitive Android runtime permissions. It only uses standard internet capabilities that Android grants to every app by default. Internet access is not currently used by the App to send or receive data.

5. Third-Party Services

The current version of Color Puzzle does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting services.

Future releases: We plan to introduce optional in-app advertising using Google AdMob in a future update. When that update ships, this Privacy Policy will be revised before the update is published, and will describe the data handled by AdMob — including your Android advertising ID and technical device information used to serve non-personalised or personalised advertisements. You will be able to review the updated policy before installing the ad-supported release. Until then, no advertising SDK is present in the App.

6. Children's Privacy

Color Puzzle is a casual puzzle game suitable for all ages. The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). Because the App collects no personal information at all, it is compliant with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as applied to children.

7. Data Retention

The only data associated with the App — your locally saved level — remains on your device until you clear the App's storage or uninstall the App. We do not store any of your data on our servers because we do not operate servers that receive data from the App.

8. Data Security

Because no data is transmitted off your device, there is no data-in-transit for us to protect. Data stored locally on your device (your saved level) is protected by the standard security controls of your Android device and operating system.

9. Your Rights

You can delete all data associated with the App at any time by clearing the App's storage in your Android settings (Settings → Apps → Color Puzzle → Storage → Clear data) or by uninstalling the App. As we do not collect or hold any personal information about you, there is no data on our side that you need to request, correct, or delete.

Color Puzzle is available worldwide. Because we collect no personal information, no cross-border data transfers occur.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example, when introducing advertising in a future release. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where required by law, communicated in the App or the Google Play Store listing before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the App after an updated policy takes effect means you accept the revised policy.
